Requirements

Comfort working in different environments, including attics, crawl spaces, or outdoors
Ability to stay organized, detail-oriented, and focused in a fast-paced field role
A safety-first mindset and pride in quality work
No prior plumbing experience required
High school diploma or GED
Ability to learn technical concepts through hands-on and classroom training
Clear communication skills, verbal and written
Valid driver’s license
Mechanically Inclined
Self-motivation and a strong sense of responsibility

Responsibilities

Perform in-depth plumbing safety inspections (after training!) in and around customer homes
Help identify system concerns and explain solutions to homeowners
Complete Level 1–3 plumbing services and repairs once trained
Communicate findings clearly through written reports and customer conversations
Maintain a high level of professionalism, safety, and customer service
Participate in team meetings, ongoing training, and skill development
Collaborate with managers to achieve performance goals and KPIs
Maintain an organized and well-stocked company vehicle
