About The Position
This is a DIRECT HIRE role that is a long term need for my client. This role must be worked ON-SITE.
Requirements
- 5+ Years of Experience in Plumbing and Project management
- Working Knowledge of Microsoft preferred
- Strong Verbal and Written Communication Skills
Nice To Haves
- Bachelor's degree in management, engineering, or business is preferred
Responsibilities
- Developing project management and resource allocation
- Managing project risk
- Communicating with clients and providing progress updates
- Managing a team
- Lead and develop the plumbing and construction team
- Overseeing department P&L, budgeting, backlog, and field and office operations
- Provide leadership
- Drive process improvements
- Build relationships with clients and subcontractors
- Evaluate incoming project opportunities
