About The Position

MJ Frick Company is seeking an experienced Plumbing Project Manager / Estimator to oversee projects from estimating and bidding through successful completion. This leadership role is ideal for a motivated professional who excels at planning, problem-solving, building client relationships, and delivering quality projects on time and within budget.

Requirements

Minimum of 2 years of Plumbing Project Management experience
Proven experience estimating and bidding plumbing projects
Strong knowledge of plumbing systems and construction practices
Ability to read and interpret construction drawings and specifications
Experience with budgeting, scheduling, forecasting, and job costing
Strong leadership, communication, negotiation, and organizational skills
Ability to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment
Valid driver's license

Responsibilities

Prepare competitive bids, estimates, and project proposals
Review plans, specifications, and perform quantity takeoffs
Manage plumbing projects from award through closeout
Coordinate schedules, manpower, materials, equipment, and subcontractors
Monitor budgets, job costs, forecasting, and project profitability
Manage RFIs, submittals, change orders, purchase orders, and project documentation
Collaborate with clients, general contractors, architects, engineers, vendors, and field teams
Ensure projects are completed safely, efficiently, on schedule, and within budget
