Craftmasters is building a new, best-in-class skills education institution for the modern workforce, offering a rigorous, industry-connected learning environment. This role is for experienced plumbing professionals to step into a role that multiplies their impact. Craftmasters is a new vertical of Full Sail University. This role begins as a part-time consulting engagement (10-20 hours/week remotely) and transitions into a full-time, on-campus position in Orlando, FL, as the campus approaches launch. The transition is contingent on mutual fit. The Program Manager will lead the day-to-day excellence of the Plumbing program, working within Craftmasters’ academic framework. Responsibilities include faculty performance, student outcomes, curriculum relevance, and industry relationships. The role involves leading a team, ensuring instruction stays current with plumbing codes and technologies, and serving as the primary connection between Craftmasters and the plumbing industry. During the startup phase, there will be a teaching load, and the expectation to step into the classroom as needed. This is a campus-based leadership role requiring presence, visibility, and accountability for program quality.
