Responsibilities
- Become a Trusted Advisor: Build trust and confidence with homeowners, educate clients on repair and replacement options, help clients make informed decisions, and create exceptional customer experiences.
- Solve Problems: Diagnose plumbing issues accurately, present complete solutions, deliver high-quality workmanship, and ensure every client receives a Beyond Wow experience.
- Drive Growth: Identify opportunities to fully solve client problems, increase average ticket value through education and complete solutions, and generate referrals through exceptional service.
- Pursue Mastery: Participate in ongoing coaching, training, and development, continuously improve technical and communication skills, learn leadership skills and business acumen, and seek opportunities to grow professionally and personally.
