About The Position

Sobieski New Homes is looking to hire a full-time Residential New Construction Plumber to win repeat business by doing quality installations of plumbing systems in residential new construction, including underground, roughs, and finals. This person would also help train plumbing helpers. Our plumbers typically work 7:00 AM - 3:30 PM with overtime expected during peak periods. This Residential New Construction Plumbing Installer position earns a competitive wage depending on experience. Requirements

Licensed journeyman plumber (preferred) OR 3+ years of new home construction experience
Hands-on knowledge of residential plumbing construction with total understanding
Ability to read blueprints and follow design specifications for installing plumbing system.
Have total understanding of all tools and installation practices including but not limited to Pex, PVC, CPVC, Copper, Plumbing Rough and Plumbing Finish. (water heater, garbage disposals, sinks, and toilets)
Knowledge of applicable state codes.
Good communication skills
Self-motivated and career-minded
Work well as part of a team
