About The Position

Foulk's Southern Air is seeking a self-motivated and positive individual to join their growing Plumbing Team as a Plumbing Service Manager. This role involves supervising all plumbing activities and teams, hiring, training, and leading team members, and fostering a culture of safety, integrity, growth, and performance. The manager will also be responsible for conducting performance reviews, ensuring adherence to company policies, and handling customer requests and concerns. Additionally, leading safety training for the plumbing team is a key responsibility.

Requirements

• 10 years of plumbing experience
• At least 3 years of residential service plumbing experience
• Valid driver’s license with clean motor vehicle record

Nice To Haves

• Master plumbing license
• Service Titan experience
• Nexstar experience
• Management of Trade Team - 1 year or more
• RMP (Preferred)

Responsibilities

• Supervise all plumbing activities and plumbing teams
• Hire, train, and lead all plumbing team members

• Conduct team and individual performance reviews
• Hold others accountable to company policies and procedures
• Handle all customer related requests, concerns, etc
• Lead safety training for plumbing team members
