Requirements

3+ years of experience managing a residential plumbing service department
Proven success growing revenue and improving team performance
Experience recruiting, hiring, coaching, and developing plumbing technicians
Strong understanding of residential service operations and KPIs
Exceptional leadership and communication skills
Ability to motivate and inspire a team to consistently achieve results

Nice To Haves

Experience with ServiceTitan or similar field service software is preferred

Responsibilities

Lead, coach, and develop a high-performing residential plumbing service team.
Recruit, hire, and retain top plumbing talent.
Increase department revenue while maintaining an exceptional customer experience.
Conduct ride-alongs and provide hands-on coaching to improve technical performance, communication, and sales effectiveness.
Drive key performance indicators including revenue, average ticket, conversion rates, memberships, customer satisfaction, and profitability.
Hold technicians accountable while creating a positive, winning culture.
Partner with dispatch and leadership to maximize scheduling efficiency and production.
Ensure all work meets company quality standards, safety expectations, and plumbing code requirements.
Build a department where technicians thrive, customers become lifelong clients, and revenue continues to grow.
