Requirements

Residential plumbing management experience required.
Strong understanding of plumbing codes, installations, repairs, and job costing.
Proven ability to develop teams and create a positive, high-performance culture.
Excellent communication, organization, and customer service skills.
A builder’s mindset—someone who thrives in developing new processes and achieving results.
Ability to lift, carry, push, and pull up to 50 pounds on a regular basis.
Ability to stand, walk, bend, kneel, crouch, and climb for extended periods.
Ability to work in a variety of indoor and outdoor environments, including exposure to varying weather conditions.
Ability to safely operate a motor vehicle and maintain a valid driver’s license.
Ability to inspect job sites, access attics, crawl spaces, and other confined areas as necessary.
Ability to use computers, mobile devices, and other office equipment for extended periods.

Nice To Haves

South Carolina Plumbing License preferred but not required.

Responsibilities

Recruit, train, and mentor a high-performing plumbing team.
Work closely with branch leadership to align operational goals and growth targets.
Oversee scheduling, dispatching, quality control, and customer service standards.
Perform estimates, review job scopes, and ensure compliance with local and state regulations.
Monitor department KPIs including revenue, conversions, productivity, and customer satisfaction.
Support field staff with technical expertise as needed.
Maintain strong relationships with customers, vendors, and internal teams.
