Requirements

• Experience talking with customers face-to-face
• Strong communication and listening skills
• A positive attitude and willingness to learn
• Valid driver’s license
• Ability to pass assessments, interviews, background checks, and drug screening

Nice To Haves

• 2+ year of residential maintenance or general plumbing experience

Responsibilities

• Repair and maintain residential plumbing systems
• Diagnose plumbing issues and present repair or replacement options
• Communicate clearly with dispatch and customers
• Provide 5-star service and build trust with homeowners
• Create detailed job notes, invoices, and estimates in ServiceTitan
• Represent Fire & Ice with professionalism and pride
