Requirements

Minimum of 1 year of residential plumbing, maintenance, or related experience preferred
Strong customer service and communication skills
Ability to diagnose basic plumbing issues and recommend solutions
Positive attitude with a willingness to learn and grow
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Valid driver's license with an acceptable driving record
Ability to pass pre-employment assessments, background check, and drug screening

Responsibilities

Perform maintenance and repairs on residential plumbing systems
Diagnose plumbing issues and provide customers with repair and replacement options
Deliver exceptional customer service and build trust with homeowners
Communicate effectively with customers, dispatch, and team members
Accurately document work performed, estimates, and invoices using ServiceTitan
Maintain a professional appearance and represent the company positively
Follow all company safety policies and procedures
