Requirements
- 1+ years of residential plumbing or maintenance experience
- Strong diagnostic and problem‑solving skills
- Ability to communicate clearly with homeowners about system conditions
- Comfort working in crawl spaces, basements, and tight areas
- Valid driver’s license
- Reliable, professional, and customer‑focused work ethic
- Ability to lift/move equipment and work in varying weather conditions
- Flexible availability and a team‑first mindset
Responsibilities
- Assist with maintaining and repairing a variety of residential plumbing systems and fixtures (water heaters, drains, toilets, sinks etc.)
- Perform comprehensive plumbing system inspections for residential customer
- Identify potential issues before they become major repairs
- Complete routine maintenance on water heaters, fixtures, valves, and piping
- Document findings and communicate system health clearly to homeowners
- Provide recommendations that improve safety, efficiency, and long‑term reliability
- Maintain a clean, organized, and well‑stocked service vehicle
- Follow all safety standards, codes, and Whipple operating procedures
- Build trust with customers through professionalism, education, and service excellence
