Responsibilities

Diagnosing and repairing plumbing issues, such as leaks, clogs, and faulty fixtures
Installing and maintaining pipes, faucets, and other plumbing components
Ensuring all work adheres to local plumbing codes and safety standards
Providing clear and courteous explanations of issues and solutions to clients
Completing detailed service reports
Conducting safety and performance tests for each system
Communicating with homeowners about the status of their system before and after the service has been performed
Collecting payments
Giving accurate and detailed information about each home and situation
Maintaining truck inventory levels
