Requirements

2-4 years previous experience required
High school diploma or equivalent
Must be able to safely operate lift trucks and work in areas of lift truck traffic.
Legally authorized to work in the United States. This is not a position for which sponsorship will be provided. Individuals with temporary visas or who need sponsorship for work authorization now or in the future, are not eligible for hire.

Responsibilities

Install, maintain, troubleshoot, and repair plumbing systems, fixtures, and components across Crown buildings.
Assist with installation and maintenance of electrical systems (110V–480V).
Diagnose facility issues, source or fabricate parts, and complete repairs efficiently.
Support other Facilities team members as needed and maintain organized, clean work areas (5S).
Follow all environmental, health, and safety standards, report unsafe conditions, and perform other assigned duties.
