Travis Electrical Service is growing its plumbing team and looking for a skilled Plumbing Installer who wants more than just a paycheck. Requirements

  • High school diploma or GED
  • 3+ years of experience in the plumbing trade
  • Strong knowledge of plumbing and drain installation, troubleshooting, maintenance, and repair
  • Strong customer service and communication skills
  • Self-motivated, dependable, and reliable
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • General knowledge of power tools and their safe use
  • Understanding of current plumbing regulations
  • Valid driver's license and acceptable driving record
  • Flexibility with work hours
  • Ability to meet the physical requirements of the position
  • Ability to meet the company's drug-testing requirements

Responsibilities

  • Installing, repairing, and replacing water supply lines, drain and waste systems, plumbing fixtures, water heaters, piping systems, gas piping, and related plumbing components
  • Inspecting and testing plumbing and drain systems
  • Troubleshooting plumbing and drain issues
  • Making sure installations and repairs meet applicable plumbing codes and Travis Electrical Service standards
  • Communicating with customers about the work being performed and helping them understand their options
  • Inspecting completed work to make sure the job was done right the first time
  • Maintaining a clean, organized jobsite and service vehicle
  • Keeping your truck properly stocked and ready for the day
  • Following company safety practices on the job and while driving
  • Participating in company training and team meetings
  • Providing professional, respectful service that keeps customers coming back
