Requirements
- Experience in residential and light commercial plumbing installations, including water heaters, sewer lines, and remodels
- Proficiency with Service Titan or similar service management software
- Strong technical skills and ability to diagnose and complete plumbing installation tasks effectively
- Valid driver’s license
- Commitment to upholding values of integrity, professionalism, and customer satisfaction
Responsibilities
- Perform installations of water heaters (tank and tankless), sewer lines, and plumbing remodels for residential and light commercial properties
- Diagnose plumbing installation requirements and provide effective solutions for customers
- Utilize Service Titan to manage service calls, schedules, and customer information efficiently
- Collaborate with the office team and fellow technicians for smooth communication
- Uphold our standards of quality workmanship, professionalism, and customer service
- Provide accurate estimates and recommendations to customers based on installation needs
- Maintain a clean and organized work environment, ensuring compliance with safety regulations and company policies
