This role involves servicing both residential and commercial systems with a focus on excavation in Southwestern Ohio. Requirements

• 2+ Years Experience in Plumbing
• 1+ Year Experience in Excavation
• Master Communicator (written and verbal skills)
• Own toolkit
• Valid Driver's License with a clean record
• Customer Service skills
• Familiarity with water heaters, water softeners, etc.

Responsibilities

• Service residential and commercial systems with a focus on excavation.
• Exceed customer expectations through excavation expertise.
• Represent Spartan Plumbing as a Brand Ambassador, utilizing a branded company vehicle.
• Participate in continuous training to refine craft, including specialized excavation skills.
• Take pride in work, focusing on quality and excavation excellence.
