Requirements

2+ Years Plumbing experience preferred
Tradesman or Journeyman license, or apprenticeship
Drain Sales / Service Experience Preferred
Service Sales Experience preferred
Familiarity with diagnosis and repair of residential plumbing issues
Strong knowledge of plumbing systems, equipment, and fixtures
Good communication and interpersonal skills

Responsibilities

Execute effective troubleshooting techniques to identify root causes of plumbing issues
Perform timely and accurate repairs to resolve plumbing and drain issues
Install, repair, and maintain plumbing systems, equipment, and fixtures
Ensure compliance with local plumbing codes and regulations
Interact professionally and honestly with customers to help them understand plumbing concerns and solutions
Provide excellent customer service and ensure customer satisfaction
Maintain detailed records of services, including documenting pictures of before and after services have been completed
Educate customers on best practices for their plumbing systems
Adhere to company safety protocols and procedures
Attend appropriate safety training as required by the company
