Requirements

Minimum of 2 years of plumbing installation experience
Experience with residential plumbing systems and drain installations
Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills
Ability to lift and maneuver plumbing equipment and materials
Comfortable working in various weather and jobsite conditions
Strong communication and customer service skills
Basic computer and tablet proficiency
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Valid driver's license with an acceptable driving record
Ability to pass a background check and drug screening

Responsibilities

Install, repair, and replace residential plumbing systems and equipment
Install and service water heaters, piping systems, fixtures, and plumbing components
Perform drain cleaning, drain repairs, and drain installations
Diagnose plumbing issues and recommend solutions to homeowners
Maintain clear communication with customers and internal team members
Ensure all work is completed safely, efficiently, and in compliance with applicable codes
Accurately document work performed and customer recommendations
Provide exceptional customer service while representing the company professionally
