About The Position

You’ve been a plumber for a while now, and you’re ready to lead the next generation of plumbing installers. Apply to be a Plumbing Install Supervisor! As a Plumbing Install Supervisor, you’ll inspect jobs and perform quality checks, ensuring plumbing install jobs live up to high standards. This includes going out into the field to inspect jobs as a license holder. You’ll make sure jobs are ready to go with the right equipment and materials, ensuring plumbing installations are done the right way with attention to detail. You’ll make sure everything’s set up properly and sometimes walk jobs with technicians to double-check things. You’ll handle customer concerns when mistakes happen and customers get stressed out and upset, working with them to make sure everything’s taken care of. You’ll also make sure your team has what they need to do their best and be their best by checking in with technicians to see what they need to thrive. Additionally, you’ll train technicians on standard operating procedures to ensure the team runs like a well-oiled machine by having everyone on the same page regarding standards, techniques, and procedures.

Requirements

  • Valid North Carolina Plumbing Contractor License (NC P1 or P2)
  • 3+ years of residential Plumbing experience with diagnostic troubleshooting, repair & drain cleaning service, and installation
  • Exceptional customer service skills
  • Proven leadership ability
  • Keen ability to work accurately, efficiently, and manage multiple tasks with good work ethic
  • Committed adherence and enforcement of the company’s core values and core purpose
  • Intermediate computer skills
  • Excellent oral and written communication, interpersonal, and presentation skills
  • Ability to fluently speak, read, and write in the English language

Nice To Haves

  • Valid South Carolina Plumbing Contractor License
  • Prior supervisory or management experience
  • Additional Plumbing experience
