Requirements
- 21 years of age or older
- Valid Nevada driver's license
- Pre-employment background check and drug screen (including marijuana)
- Residential plumbing installation experience
- Experience installing water heaters, fixtures, piping, and plumbing systems
- Knowledge of plumbing codes and best practices
- Strong mechanical aptitude
- Excellent attention to detail
- Positive attitude and strong work ethic
- Team-oriented mindset
Nice To Haves
- Ability to read blueprints and installation specifications preferred
Responsibilities
- Install residential plumbing systems and equipment
- Install water heaters, water softeners, filtration systems, fixtures, and piping
- Perform plumbing remodels and replacements
- Verify installations meet local plumbing codes
- Test systems to ensure proper operation
- Maintain a professional appearance
- Explain completed work to homeowners
- Protect customer property throughout installation
- Leave every job site clean and organized
- Complete jobs efficiently while maintaining quality
- Maintain productivity expectations
- Accurately document completed work in ServiceTitan
- Care for company tools, vehicles, and equipment
- Communicate with dispatch and management
- Coordinate with warehouse and parts departments
- Assist apprentices and junior installers
- Support teammates to complete projects successfully
- Follow all company safety standards
- Maintain a clean company vehicle
- Participate in ongoing technical training
- Represent Sierra professionally on every job

- Training Pay: $18.00–$25.00 per hour (DOE)
