About The Position
As a Lead Install Plumber, you’ll be the face of the company, delivering exceptional service to our residential clients. Freedom Air & Plumbing proudly serves Rockledge and Florida’s Space Coast with reliable residential HVAC services. We specialize in air conditioning and heating repair, replacement, and maintenance—delivering fast, professional service our customers can trust. Requirements
- Monday to Friday, with rotating Saturdays availability.
- Strong communication skills and customer rapport.
- Passionate about delivering great service and building lasting relationships.
- Ready to tackle new challenges and succeed.
- Lift up to 75lbs regularly.
- Valid driver’s license.
- Journeyman License
Nice To Haves
- Journeyman/Master's plumbing license
- OSHA/Safety certifications
- Experience in the trades: HVAC, plumbing, electrical
- Experience with Service Titan
Responsibilities
- Greet customers with professionalism and build strong relationships.
- Provide clear, accurate information and smart solutions.
- Work on sanitary sewer lines, kitchen and bath drain lines, and more.
- Perform digging with hand tools and excavators.
- Ensure customer satisfaction and uphold our stellar reputation.
- Lift up to 50lbs and perform various other physical tasks as needed.
