About The Position
Join our Team at CANADY'S! Plumbing Install Lead Location: Richmond Hill, GA Compensation: $70,000 to $120,000 uncapped earning potential! Sign on bonus up to $5,000 for qualified technicians! Schedule: Monday-Friday+ rotating weekends Experienced Plumbers ( + 5 years experience ) with RESIDENTIAL experience preferred! Have experience with SEWER INSTALLATION, Heavy Equipment Operation? Requirements
- Quality Plumbing experience - Residential Customers a PLUS!
- Valid Driver’s License required
- Ability to pass background check, drug screening, and driving record review
- Positive attitude and strong work ethic
- Good communication skills
- Ability to regularly lift/move 10–50 lbs and occasionally 100+ lbs
- High School Diploma or equivalent preferred
Nice To Haves
- Experienced Plumbers ( + 5 years experience ) with RESIDENTIAL experience preferred!
- Have experience with SEWER INSTALLATION, Heavy Equipment Operation?
Responsibilities
- Read blueprints, drawings, and specifications to determine the layout of plumbing systems, water supply networks, and waste and drainage systems.
- Plan, install, and service plumbing systems, fixtures, piping equipment, and controls. These piping systems may be used to transport water, waste, gases, or hot liquids.
- Install supports and hangers for pipe, fixtures, and equipment
- Assemble and install valves and fittings
- Install, repair, and maintain water treatment equipment, piping, and controls
- Install, repair, and maintain underground storm sanitary and water piping systems
- Install, repair, and maintain sinks, tubs, and toilets
- Install, repair, and maintain water heaters and conditioners
- Install, repair, and maintain plumbing fixtures, appliances, and trim
- Test pipe systems and fixtures for leaks
- Apply all codes to installations, repairs, and maintenance
- Ensure all requirements as specified by the manufacturer of systems and fixtures are met
- Ensure all installations, repairs, and maintenance are properly sized, aligned, supported, and graded
- Ensure all installations, repairs, and maintenance meet the requirements of the appropriate codes
- Ensure all installations, repairs, and maintenance meet environmental protection requirements
