Nice To Haves

You catch the second problem, not just the one on the ticket.
You close out tasks the day you do them, without being reminded.
You fix the cause, not just the symptom.
If a job needs backup, you say so immediately — not after it's overdue.
You tell us when something's going to take longer before it becomes a problem.

Responsibilities

Diagnose and repair plumbing issues, including clearing clogs, replacing P-traps and supply lines, fixing leaks, and servicing water heaters.
Troubleshoot basic HVAC faults, replace filters, and handle calls that do not require a licensed HVAC contractor.
Perform associated repair work such as drywall patching and paint touch-ups to ensure properties are guest-ready.
Complete tickets on the same day they are received, ensuring no job is left unfinished.
Log all tasks, including photos and materials, in Breezeway on the same day the work is performed.
