Requirements

• Comfortable using basic hand and power tools
• Ability to follow directions and work as part of a team
• Professional communication and customer service skills
• Ability to lift and carry 75+ pounds
• Ability to work in crawl spaces, basements, trenches, and outdoors in varying weather conditions
• Valid driver's license with a clean driving record
• Clear background check

Nice To Haves

• 1+ year of plumbing, construction, or trade experience
• Plumbing apprentice registration
• Drain cleaning experience
• Sewer or underground experience
• Water heater or fixture installation experience
• Basic soldering and pipe joining skills
• Experience with ServiceTitan

Responsibilities

• Assist plumbers with service, repair, and installation projects
• Load and unload tools, materials, and equipment
• Measure, cut, and prepare piping materials
• Assist with water heaters, fixtures, drains, sewer, and plumbing system installations
• Maintain clean and organized job sites and company vehicles
• Follow technician direction and company procedures
• Take job photos and document work as needed
• Safely operate tools and equipment
• Deliver a great experience for our customers
