About The Position

The Plumbing Helper is an entry-level role designed for individuals who want to learn the plumbing trade from the ground up. In this position, you will assist a Plumbing Technician with installations, maintenance, inspections, and light repair of plumbing systems in homes and offices. Under the direction of a licensed plumber, plumber helpers install pipes, replace faucets, unclog toilets, install garbage disposals, and adjust water pressure. Your primary goal is to develop the knowledge, skills, and work habits necessary to grow into a skilled plumbing professional. Starting pay is determined based on skills and experience. The Plumber Helper is responsible for assisting the Service Plumber Technician with the installation, maintenance, and repair of plumbing systems in homes and offices. Requirements

Excellent communication and customer service skills
Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record
High school diploma or equivalent (trade school a plus)
Mechanical Aptitude
Good communication skills
Ability and willingness to learn.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Willingness to work a varying schedule from time to time, depending on customer demand; including outside normal shifts or schedules with minimal notice if required
Ability to maintain a good driving record that corresponds with insurance coverage
Criminal background check
Drug screening
Motor Vehicle Record (MVR) review

Assist with light repair and installation work.

Actively participate in training exercises, morning meetings, and retreats
