About The Position
The Plumbing Helper is an entry-level role designed for individuals who want to learn the plumbing trade from the ground up. In this position, you will assist a Plumbing Technician with installations, maintenance, inspections, and light repairs. Your primary goal is to develop the knowledge, skills, and work habits necessary to grow into a skilled plumbing professional. Starting pay is determined based on skills and experience.

- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
- Understanding of basic inventory, logistics, and tool management
- Willingness to work extended hours, weekends, or holidays as needed
- Ambition to grow within the company
- One (1) year of general labor experience using manual and power-operated tools
- High school diploma, vocational-technical school diploma, or GED
- Valid driver’s license with acceptable driving record
Nice To Haves
- Experience in the trades (HVAC, plumbing, electrical)
- Experience with ServiceTitan software
Responsibilities
- Assist Plumbing Technicians with light repair, maintenance, and installation work
- Observe and learn all aspects of plumbing systems and building performance services
- Maintain a clean, organized job site and properly inventoried truck
- Wear floor savers and protect customers’ homes while performing service
- Communicate professionally and courteously with customers
- Complete paperwork accurately and in a timely manner
- Follow all company safety standards and best practices
- Participate actively in training sessions, morning meetings, and team events
- Follow the company Code of Ethics and Team Rules
- Remain safety-conscious on job sites and while driving
- Travel to training sessions or meetings as required (up to 25–50%)
- Perform other duties as assigned
