Requirements
- Strong work ethic and willingness to learn
- Positive attitude and team-first mentality
- Ability to lift up to 50 pounds and perform physical work in various weather conditions
- Reliable transportation and valid driver's license preferred
- Ability to follow directions and work safely
Nice To Haves
- Previous construction or trade experience is helpful but not required
Responsibilities
- Assist plumbers with residential and commercial plumbing installations, repairs, and maintenance
- Load, unload, and transport tools, materials, and equipment to job sites
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment
- Dig trenches, cut pipe, and perform basic installation tasks under supervision
- Help troubleshoot plumbing issues and learn industry best practices
- Deliver outstanding customer service while representing Davis & Green professionally
