Requirements

• Experience as a Foreman, Lead Plumber, or Senior Mechanic in commercial plumbing
• Strong leadership skills with the ability to guide and motivate a crew
• Solid understanding of plumbing systems, blueprints, and specifications
• Good communication and organizational skills
• Commitment to safety, quality workmanship, and teamwork
• Willingness to be hands-on and lead by example

Responsibilities

• Lead and coordinate daily activities of plumbing crews on commercial job sites
• Assign tasks and ensure work is completed safely and efficiently
• Support and train apprentices and junior plumbers
• Install and oversee plumbing systems according to plans and specifications
• Read and interpret blueprints to ensure accurate installation
• Ensure materials and tools are available for daily tasks
• Follow and enforce company and OSHA safety standards
• Ensure all work meets local plumbing codes and project requirements
• Identify and resolve issues in the field as they arise
• Communicate with project managers and other trades on-site
• Provide updates on progress and any challenges
• Represent Roby Services professionally on job sites
• Track daily work completed, labor hours, and materials used
• Assist with inspections and project close-out tasks
