Plumbing Field Supervisor
About The Position
Absolute Airflow, a Lee's Air, Plumbing & Heating Company, is hiring a Plumbing Field Supervisor to lead its plumbing sales supervisor model in Fresno. This is not an entry-level role. Plumbing service technicians diagnose and complete repairs, then refer larger opportunities—such as replacements, repipes, sewer and drain line work, water heaters, and system upgrades—to the Plumbing Field Supervisor. The supervisor meets with homeowners, explains the technician’s findings, presents repair and replacement options, and helps homeowners select solutions suited to their homes. The supervisor works alongside technicians in the field, supports their in-home presentations, and coaches them to better identify and present options. The role focuses on sales and customer education; it does not perform plumbing repairs on the job. The supervisor is expected to arrive in uniform and use a branded company truck.
