About The Position

Seaside Plumbing is seeking a Plumbing Field Supervisor to serve as a primary support resource for technicians in the field. This is a high-performance leadership role focused on coaching, accountability, and communication, acting as a bridge between leadership and the field. The ideal candidate will help lead and develop technicians to become elite in their field. This role is not just about technical plumbing skills but also about investing in leadership development, coaching, and feedback systems to build strong, confident teams. The Field Supervisor will multiply their impact by developing others, rather than just running calls.

Requirements

3+ years of residential service plumbing experience
Strong communicator and team player
Leads by example and holds a high standard
Reliable, consistent, and accountable

Responsibilities

Serve as the primary support resource for technicians in the field
Provide real-time coaching on technical execution, pricing, and customer experience
Conduct weekly ride-alongs and virtual coaching sessions
Deliver clear, actionable feedback to improve technician performance
Support field escalations and ensure consistency in pricing and standards
Partner with Service Managers to review performance and ensure follow-through
Act as Manager on Duty (MOD) on a rotating Saturday schedule
Set the tone for the day through communication and leadership
Support apprentices and technicians in skill development and growth
