Requirements

8 - 10+ years of plumbing experience
North Carolina P2 License (minimum)
Strong diagnostic and troubleshooting skills
Ability to lead, train, and mentor others
A valid driver’s license with at least 3 years of US driving experience, is required for this role

Nice To Haves

North Carolina P1 License (preferred)

Responsibilities

Perform advanced plumbing service and install work, while providing mentorship and technical support in the field
Assist the plumbing manager in the development and training of the plumbing department
Serve as the backup plumbing license holder
Lead the plumbing department in the absence of the plumbing manager
Maintain accurate service documentation
