Requirements
- 3+ years of residential service plumbing experience
- Enjoy helping others grow and succeed

Responsibilities
- Serve as the primary support resource for technicians in the field
- Provide real-time coaching on technical execution, pricing, and customer experience
- Conduct weekly ride-alongs and virtual coaching sessions
- Deliver clear, actionable feedback to improve technician performance
- Support field escalations and ensure consistency in pricing and standards
- Partner with Service Managers to review performance and ensure follow-through
- Act as Manager on Duty (MOD) on a rotating Saturday schedule
- Set the tone for the day through communication and leadership
- Support apprentices and technicians in skill development and growth
