About The Position

Pro Tech Mechanical, a Crete United company, is seeking an experienced commercial Plumbing Estimator for their team in Corpus Christi, Texas. This full-time position offers relocation assistance for qualified candidates. The role involves creating accurate take-offs for plumbing and piping projects, maintaining contact with vendors and subcontractors, processing change orders, and performing quantity take-offs for estimates. Requirements

5 Years minimum experience in a similar plumbing and piping estimator role
Experience with Plumbing is a must
Must be able to prioritize work and communicate effectively at all levels.
Attention to detail.
Experience with Microsoft Office with knowledge of spreadsheets, projects and presentation software.
Experience with digital onscreen take-off systems; Viewpoint software preferred, but not required.
Ability to read and understand drawings, details and project specifications.
Good organizational skills and the ability to work with others.

Nice To Haves

HVAC Piping is preferred.

Responsibilities

Create accurate take off for plumbing and piping projects
Maintain contact with vendors and subcontractors regarding projects (submittals, change orders, RFI's, O&M's, etc.)
Properly process/submit/file change orders
Properly perform quantity take offs for estimates
Promptly answer/return phone calls and emails from vendors and customers
