Plumbing Drain Lining Lead
About The Position
This role involves performing quality service installations for drain lines, including hydro jetting, milling, and C.I.P.P. lining of cast iron drains. The position requires a proactive approach to problem-solving and excellent customer service skills, as technicians who excel with customers are the highest paid. Responsibilities include handling customer queries, troubleshooting, and resolving issues efficiently. The lead will also inspect drain lines with a camera to identify issues, and be responsible for the installation, maintenance, cleaning, and repair of drain systems. Additionally, inspecting and testing plumbing and drainage systems for safety and functionality is a key part of the role. A strong sense of pride in performing work correctly the first time is expected.
Requirements
- Experience using a jetter, Mini/Maxi miller, and camera
- Mechanically inclined and able to become a problem solver
- Able to multi-task consistently and efficiently
- Natural ability to work with your hands
- Comfortable talking with customers, educating each homeowner on their plumbing needs and potential improvements to optimize the system’s performance and safety
- Strong work ethic, excellent customer service, and a do-what-it-takes attitude to ensure that every customer’s experience is exceptional
Responsibilities
- Perform quality service installation for drain lines

- Perform pipe restoration C.I.P.P. lining of cast iron drains
- Listen to customers and proactively solve their problems
- Handle customer queries, troubleshooting/resolving problems, and responding
- Work independently and solve problems as quickly and efficiently as possible
- Inspect the drain line with a camera to identify drainage issues
- Install, maintain, clean, and repair drain systems
- Inspect and test plumbing and drainage systems for safety and functionality
- Have pride in doing things the right way the first time
