This is not your average drain job. As a Plumbing Drain Technician, you’ll be the first line of defense for homeowners dealing with urgent plumbing issues. You’ll diagnose problems, clear stoppages, and educate customers—while creating opportunities for long-term solutions. If you know your way around drain equipment and take pride in clean, professional work, this is where you level up.

Requirements

Experience with drain cleaning, sewer cameras, and locating equipment
Strong troubleshooting skills—you don’t guess, you diagnose
Excellent communication and customer service mindset
Ability to work efficiently in fast-paced, service environments
Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record
Ability to pass a background check and drug screen upon offer
A committed and progressive work history

Nice To Haves

Experience with ServiceTitan
Plumbing license (Journeyman or higher)
Strong understanding of residential plumbing systems

Responsibilities

Diagnose and clear drain and sewer line issues using cameras and locating equipment
Operate drain snakes, hydro-jetters, and related tools to remove blockages
Identify root causes—not just symptoms—and recommend solutions to homeowners
Perform minor repairs and preventative maintenance on plumbing systems
Maintain clean, protected workspaces in customers’ homes
Document work clearly with photos, notes, and reports
Keep your truck stocked, organized, and ready for the next call
