About The Position

Edelman is looking for a Plumbing Dispatcher to keep our after-hours line running: answering calls, coordinating our on-call plumbers, and making sure customers with plumbing emergencies get help fast. It's short, flexible, part-time hours that work around school, another job, or whatever else is on your plate — and a real way to get your start with a company built to grow careers, not just fill shifts.

Requirements

• Able to work Monday–Friday, 3:30–6:30 PM.
• Comfortable on the phone — clear, calm, and professional under pressure.
• Shows up on time, every time.
• None required — we'll train you.

Responsibilities

• Field after-hours emergency plumbing calls from customers and gather the details our on-call technicians need.
• Coordinate with on-call plumbers to get them to the right job, fast.
• Log every call accurately so the technician and the morning team have what they need.
• Be the calm, professional voice customers hear when they're dealing with a stressful plumbing emergency.
• Flag anything unusual to the on-call supervisor without hesitation.
