This role involves assisting a Plumbing Technician in the installation, maintenance, and repair of plumbing for both residential and commercial properties. It is manual work that includes performing skilled plumbing tasks in maintaining, repairing, and servicing fixtures and equipment. Routine maintenance, service, and repair work are performed independently unless a helper is needed. Requirements

Residential plumbing service and installation experience for at least 1 year.
Ability to listen well and follow instructions closely.
Ability to grind it out every day knowing that hard work is rewarded.
Must be available to work at 7am, and work until manager/dispatcher dismisses you for the day.
Some weekend and evenings being on call is required.
It is an essential function of this job that the employee regularly and reliably reports to work on time each working day.
Strong finger and manual dexterity for handling pipes and plumbing fixtures.
Detail-oriented, organized and proficient.
Willing to work in all types of weather.
Knowledge of the hazards and safety precautions of the work.
Must have basic tools.
Valid Driver’s license and good driving record.
Ability to enter crawl spaces and other confined areas.

Responsibilities

Inspect company-provided calls for servicing preexisting equipment and installation of new.
Assist a Plumbing Technician in the installation, maintenance, and repair of plumbing for both residential and commercial properties.
Perform skilled plumbing tasks in maintaining, repairing, and servicing fixtures and equipment.
Travel to a customer’s home on a pre-set appointment.
Build rapport with homeowners and professionally represent the Company.
Exhibit clear communication skills during homeowner interactions.
Install our products and services under the supervision of trained professionals.
Perform installation, maintenance, and repair of plumbing for both residential/commercial properties.
Attend weekly meetings at the shop.
Be a team player who will do whatever it takes to win for you, your team and the organization.
Perform set up and clean up tasks at the work site.
Load and deliver materials to work site.
