About The Position

On Time Experts is looking for a hardworking and motivated Plumbing Apprentice to join our growing team! This is a full-time, year-round position with opportunities for growth, hands-on training, and long-term career advancement. The role involves assisting licensed plumbers with residential plumbing installations and repairs, loading and unloading tools, equipment, and materials, and learning proper plumbing techniques, local codes, and company installation standards.

Requirements

• Valid Texas Plumbing Apprentice License (Required)
• Minimum 6 months of residential plumbing experience
• Strong work ethic with a willingness to learn and grow.
• Positive attitude and dependable attendance.
• Ability to lift 75+ pounds and perform physical work throughout the day.
• Valid driver's license with a clean driving record preferred.
• Ability to pass a pre-employment background check and drug screening.

Responsibilities

• Assist licensed plumbers with residential plumbing installations and repairs.
• Load and unload tools, equipment, and materials for daily jobs.
• Help install water heaters, fixtures, drains, water lines, sewer lines, and other plumbing systems.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment.
• Learn proper plumbing techniques, local codes, and company installation standards.
• Deliver exceptional customer service while representing the On Time Experts brand.
• Accurately complete job documentation and communicate effectively with your team.
• Follow all company safety policies and procedures.
