Requirements
- Current Texas Apprentice Plumber License
- Valid driver's license with a clean driving record
- Ability to pass a drug screening
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to use plumbing tools and equipment, or willingness to learn
- Good physical condition with the ability to work in confined or awkward spaces
- Ability to lift 80+ pounds
- Dependable, motivated, and team-oriented
- Willingness to take direction and continuously learn
Responsibilities
- Assist licensed plumbers with plumbing service, repair, and installation work
- Respond promptly to assigned service calls
- Maintain professional interactions with customers while providing excellent service
- Follow company policies and procedures, including communication with Dispatch and the office
- Complete and submit work orders and invoices accurately and on time
- Assist with maintaining company vehicles, including cleanliness, organization, and inventory
- Help ensure company trucks remain properly stocked with parts and materials
- Maintain a safe and professional work environment at all times
