Requirements

• Must have a Valid Driver's License
• Must be at least 18 years of age.
• Must not be afraid of SALES. This role is a technician, BUT you will be responsible for customer education and sales!
• Basic computer skills
• Willingness to embrace change in a growing company

Nice To Haves

• Previous experience in plumbing or drain cleaning is a plus, but not required. We train the right people!

Responsibilities

• Start by mastering drain cleaning, helping homeowners solve urgent problems while developing your skills.
• Progress through our career path, including training in water conditioning, plumbing service, and installation.
• Educate and SELL custom options to each homeowner, depending on their drain, plumbing, and water quality needs.
• Assist licensed plumbers on a variety of plumbing tasks
• Show up with a positive attitude and a commitment to learning every day.
• Deliver 5-star experiences to every homeowner, every time
