About The Position
Join Haven Services with Nixco Plumbing as a Plumbing Apprentice and start building a skill that lasts a lifetime. Work alongside our experienced technicians to diagnose, install, and repair plumbing systems in residential homes.
Requirements
- Highly organized with strong attention to detail.

- Valid driver's license with a clean driving record.
- Willingness to learn and assist with plumbing-related tasks.
- Employees must be able to pass pre-employment screening including a background, motor vehicle check and drug screening.
- Maintaining eligibility to operate company vehicles is a fundamental job requirement.
- All employees that operate company vehicles must maintain their driving record as insurable under the company’s vehicle insurance provider.
Responsibilities
- Learn and follow Nixco’s service protocols while educating customers on products and services.
- Strive to meet and exceed performance standards.
- Develop the ability to deliver high-quality workmanship on various plumbing services (we’ll help ensure you have the tools you need).
- Assist the lead technician in keeping job sites and vehicles clean and organized.
- Help complete jobs accurately while adhering to quality checklists, safety protocols, and local codes.
- Build customer rapport by providing knowledgeable service, leading to new referrals and repeat business.
- Participate in all training sessions, department, and company meetings.
- Understand and align with Nixco’s mission, policies, and guarantees.
- Be prepared to perform physical activities in varying climate conditions without restrictions.
