About The Position

Culligan Water is seeking an individual to install, service, and repair Culligan products in customers’ homes and/or businesses. Products include water softeners, drinking water systems, and solutions for problem water. The service technician performs repairs, upgrades, maintenance, and installations, with the goal of providing high-quality service to customers. Comprehensive training is provided to help launch a career in the water treatment business.

Requirements

• High school diploma or GED.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• May need to lift or move equipment weighing 50–75 lbs.

Nice To Haves

• Plumbing experience is highly preferred.
• At least two years of installation and maintenance experience is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Perform diagnostics and analysis to troubleshoot and repair equipment in a timely and efficient manner.
• Install, upgrade, and maintain equipment.
• Complete paperwork related to tasks accurately and promptly.
• Assist other employees with product and equipment delivery and installation.
• Maintain company vehicles, tools, and equipment.
• Communicate positively with customers and maintain positive public relations for the company.
• Follow safety rules, regulations, and Culligan policies.
