About The Position

We’re raising the bar on customer service and we ensure our techs are compensated fairly for providing customers with 5-star service and high-quality plumbing solutions. We want our to provide our apprentices with on the job training and career pathways for financial and professional growth. It's our goal to be the best place in town to be trained as and work as a plumber.

Requirements

Must be able to acquire Texas Plumber’s Apprentice Registration within 60 days of hire.
Must be able to acquire drain cleaners restricted registration within 90 days of hire.

Nice To Haves

Learn and become proficient with Brothers Plumbing customer service processes.
Provide drain cleaning and other related in-home service calls.
Establish customer rapport to offer the right products and services.
Re-check all plumbing repairs and installations after you’ve repaired or replaced it, before leaving the client’s home to ensure everything is working properly and that we did indeed fix it right the first time.
Be accurate and timely with invoices, time cards, curbside feedback and option sheets

Responsibilities
