Spartan Plumbing is a small, family-owned and operated business in Dayton, OH, specializing in CONSTRUCTION_ENGINEERING. We are seeking an Apprentice Plumber/Helper to join our team. This role involves on-the-job training, including soft skills training to improve communication and customer service abilities.

Requirements

• Strong communication skills both written and verbal.
• Ability to work well within a team, pay attention to detail, and prioritize safety.
• Basic understanding of plumbing concepts and willingness to expand knowledge.
• Possession of a valid driver's license with a clean driving record.

Nice To Haves

• Familiarity with hand tools, power tools, and construction plumbing practices is a plus.
• Enthusiasm for the plumbing industry with a desire to learn and grow.

Responsibilities

• Utilize hand tools, power tools, and assemble plumbing components accurately.
• Support in remodeling projects and construction plumbing tasks.
• Provide field service support under the guidance of experienced plumbers.
• Develop mechanical knowledge relevant to plumbing systems.
• Assist in plumbing installations, repairs, and maintenance projects.
• Learn and apply blueprint reading skills to understand plumbing layouts.
