About The Position

Leaky’s Water & Air is looking for a dual-trade Plumbing/HVAC technician in Midland-Odessa who wants more than just another job. This is a great opportunity for somebody who is ambitious and wants to get in on the ground floor of a growing market. The technician will have a company truck and the ability to operate it almost like their own small business, focusing on taking care of customers, diagnosing problems, selling solutions, and doing quality plumbing and HVAC work while growing the Midland-Odessa market. The more revenue the truck produces, the more opportunity there is to make. Requirements

Licensed plumber, HVAC technician, or experienced in both trades
Self-starter and doesn’t need somebody standing over them all day
Has thought about starting their own company or already does some work for themselves
Likes the idea of running their own operation but doesn’t want to deal with marketing, office staff, billing, collections, and all the other headaches that come with owning a business
Wants an opportunity to grow into leadership as we build the Midland-Odessa operation
