About The Position
Join a locally owned, fast-growing full-service residential plumbing company serving Southeast Michigan. The company is seeking experienced Sewer & Drain Cleaning Technicians as well as motivated candidates who are ready to learn the trade. Dependable, mechanically inclined candidates who are comfortable working with customers and eager to build a rewarding career are encouraged to apply; training is available for the right person. Starting compensation and pay during training are based on experience and qualifications. Experienced, high-performing technicians have the potential to earn $100,000–$120,000 annually, and some plumbers average over $100,000 annually. The role includes a take-home company vehicle, gas card, uniforms, a camera, and drain-cleaning machines. Apprentice help may be available if needed, and customer service representatives provide support. There is no after-hours work and no major-holiday work; weekends rotate.
Requirements
- Valid driver's license.
- Dependable, hardworking, organized, and self-motivated.
- Mechanically inclined and comfortable working with customers.
- Experienced Sewer & Drain Cleaning Technicians are sought; candidates ready to learn may also apply, with training available.
