About The Position

Benjamin Franklin Plumbing, an affiliate of Authority Brands, is hiring experienced Plumbers for its Loveland and Denver areas. Plumbers assemble, install, and repair plumbing systems in residential service and maintenance settings, provide pricing to customers, and follow plumbing codes and company standards. The role includes company-provided service vans, fuel cards, and iPads. Compensation is described as competitive, with a sign-on bonus of up to $10,000 based on experience and licensing. Requirements

• Previous, verifiable plumbing experience in a residential service and maintenance operation.
• Knowledge of local and national plumbing codes.
• Ability to read and interpret blueprints and drawings.
• Basic change order cost-estimating experience.
• Valid driver’s license and clean driving record.
• Ability to pass a background check and drug screen.
• GED or high school diploma.

Nice To Haves

• Boiler experience.
• State Journeyman License.

Responsibilities

• Assemble, install, or repair pipes, fittings, or fixtures for heating, water, or drainage systems in accordance with plumbing code specifications.
• Call suppliers for purchase order numbers for materials and provide pre-tax and after-tax costs to ensure accuracy.
• Submit parts receipts and packing slips daily with corresponding job numbers written on them.
• Provide pricing to customers for approval before performing work.
• Retain 90% of membership clients and maintain an 85% appointment conversion ratio in the home.
• Maximize lead opportunities based on the company’s business plan.
• Participate in company-sponsored training classes.
• Maintain a professional image by wearing only company-approved and provided apparel, following safety policies and procedures, abiding by company performance standards and its code of ethics, and treating customers and associates courteously.
• Maintain the company vehicle’s cleanliness and organization, inside and out.
• Respect customers’ property.
