About The Position
Trademasters Service, an award-winning federal contractor, family owned and operated with over 30 years of industry experience, is seeking a motivated Plumber to join their team. They offer complete facility operations management, maintenance, and repairs to government buildings, commercial, and residential clients. This is a full-time position with competitive compensation and benefits effective on the first day of employment. Veterans are encouraged to apply as Trademasters is a V3 Certified employer.
Requirements
- Four (4) years+ plumbing relatable experience in residential, commercial and government environments
- Experience working with basic hand tools, power tools and electronic test equipment
- Valid Driver’s License with clean driving record
- Pass pre-employment drug screen and on-going random checks
- Pass pre-employment background check & ability to work on secured federal sites
- Strong work knowledge of job safety and ability to complete safety compliance requirements
- Excellent customer service, ability to explain situations and work satisfactorily with customers and co-workers
- Motivated, willingness to learn and grow knowledge base, both professionally and technologically
- Excellent communication skills, verbal and written
- Must follow company guidelines and procedures
Nice To Haves
- Journey or Master licenses is highly preferred
- Backflow license highly preferred
- OSHA 10 or OSHA 30 preferred
Responsibilities
- Perform plumbing services in residential, commercial, and government environments.
- Operate basic hand tools, power tools, and electronic test equipment.
- Adhere to job safety requirements and safety compliance.
- Provide excellent customer service and communicate effectively with customers and co-workers.
- Follow company guidelines and procedures.
- Be available for overtime and on-call rotation for after-hours and weekends.
- Work on secured federal sites.
- Maintain a high standard of professionalism, work ethics, and integrity.
