About The Position
Plumbline Services is hiring experienced, licensed residential plumbers for Service Plumber and Plumbing Install Technician positions serving Metro Denver and surrounding areas. Candidates should have at least four years of residential plumbing experience and a commitment to customer service and high-quality work. Service Plumbers diagnose and repair residential plumbing problems, including water heater repairs and replacements, leak detection, and fixture installations. Plumbing Install Technicians install residential plumbing systems, ensure code compliance, inspect work, and provide accurate installation solutions. Both roles require professionalism, clear communication, and maintaining high standards of workmanship.
Requirements
- Current valid Colorado Residential, Journeyman, or Master Plumbing License.
- At least 4 years of residential plumbing service and repair experience for Service Plumber positions.
- Strong diagnostic and troubleshooting skills for standard home plumbing systems.
- At least 4 years of residential plumbing installation experience for Plumbing Install Technician positions.
- Strong analytical thinking and attention to detail.
- Proven ability to deliver exceptional customer service and communicate clearly.
- Ability to follow directions and work independently with minimal supervision.
- Self-motivated, dependable, results-driven, and comfortable in a fast-paced environment.
- Team-oriented, with a positive and professional attitude.
- Willingness and availability to work overtime, nights, or weekends as needed.
- Ability to work in varied weather conditions and environments, including hot, cold, or wet conditions.
- Commitment to quality, efficiency, and high standards of workmanship.
Nice To Haves
- Experience with leak detection and repair.
- Experience with ServiceTitan software.
Responsibilities
- Diagnose and repair a wide variety of residential plumbing issues.
- Perform water heater repairs and replacements, leak detection, and fixture installations.
- Deliver excellent customer service and communicate clearly with homeowners.
- Maintain a clean and safe work area and vehicle.
- Install plumbing systems in residential homes.
- Ensure code compliance and quality workmanship.
- Perform thorough inspections and provide accurate installation solutions.
